Product Overview
A high-performance core board developed based on FPGA chips, featuring abundant processors, rich interfaces, and high-speed, large-bandwidth capabilities. It is suitable for algorithm implementation and control applications in heterogeneous platforms.
■ Equipped with 256Mbit SDRAM for data buffering, connected to the FPGA with a maximum transmission rate of 166MHz, dedicated to FPGA data caching.
■ Adopts STM32F407VET6 as the computing and processing unit, supporting a maximum operating frequency of 168MHz. It is compatible with all ARM single-precision data processing instructions and data types, with rich peripheral interfaces, and communicates with the FPGA via the FSMC interface.
■ The FPGA on the core board expands 42 pairs of LVDS lines, and the ARM provides 47 data and control lines. It includes one active crystal oscillator clock input with a frequency of 20MHz. This core board is an excellent choice for users requiring a large number of IOs and rich bus interfaces. Additionally, the trace routing between the FPGA chip and interfaces is designed with equal length.
■ The core board extends two high-speed expansion ports, connected to expansion boards via two 100-Pin board-to-board connectors. The pin pitch is 0.8mm, and the height of the male connectors is 5mm. It achieves high-speed data communication through configuration with the female connectors on the baseboard. Both the FPGA expansion IOs and the ARM's external communication are connected to external devices via these two connectors.
■ The core board dimensions are 62mm × 52mm × 8.5mm (3.5mm height on the front side, 5mm height on the back side). It is an 8-layer board with a thickness of 1.6mm, suitable for secondary development. Power supply is 5V DC, provided through the backside expansion port.
■ This core board is applicable to industrial control, security monitoring, instrumentation, and other fields.
