A prototype motor driver board independently developed by Zhongke Yihaiwei, composed of an FPGA + ARM core board, a baseboard, and FOC motor drive control software algorithms.
Product Overview
As a crucial component for driving motors, the motor driver board is widely used in industrial automation, consumer electronics, automotive, home appliances, and other application fields. In industrial automation, it is mainly used to control robots, CNC machine tools, conveyor belts, and other equipment, ensuring their efficient and precise operation. In consumer electronics and home appliances, it is applied in power tools, smart home devices (such as electric curtains and smart door locks), bringing convenience to daily life. In new energy vehicles, the motor driver board enhances the efficiency and driving range of electric vehicles.
The motor driver board consists of the following modules:
■ FPGA Core Board: Adopts Yihai Shenzhen® Series EQ6HL45 FPGA + ARM core board as the main control module, mainly implementing software control algorithms suitable for various scenarios.
■ Power Supply Module: Composed of two sets of DC/DC circuits, mainly realizing the output of 5V and 3.3V voltages.
■ UART Module: Primarily achieving UART-to-Type-C conversion; ADC Module: Mainly responsible for phase voltage (current) acquisition.■ CAN Module: Focusing on high-speed data transmission and communication via the CAN interface.
■ Drive Circuit Module: Consists of driver chips and MOSFETs, mainly realizing output voltage and switching frequency adjustment, dead-time control, overcurrent protection, PVDD and GVDD overvoltage locking, as well as overtemperature indication and locking.
■ 100M Ethernet Module: Mainly fulfilling data transmission, network connection, and network management functions.

■ Reserves a 100-PIN board-to-board interface, providing extensive expansion capabilities;
■ Equipped with rich input/output interfaces, including 2 100M Ethernet ports, communication interfaces such as CAN and Type-C-to-UART, and feedback interfaces such as ABZ encoder and HALL;
■ Supports not only standard UVW three-phase output interfaces but also PUL, DIR, and ENA stepper motor drive interfaces;
■ Integrates a 16-bit, 8-channel high-precision ADC, supporting parallel port and SPI data reading/writing methods;
■ Supports a maximum power of 60V 10A, with built-in dead-time control and overcurrent detection.
